Cancellation and Reschedule Policies:
In the event you need to cancel,the cancellation fee is $39 if requested prior to 30 days before arrival. Within the 30 days of arrival, the package price is non refundable however the package can be rescheduled to travel any time within 12 months of the purchase date for the nominal fee of $25 if rescheduled more than 4 days prior to arrival and the retail rate of one nights lodging if 4 days or less.
Non-Qualified Guests / Guests Who Fail to Attend the Presentation:
Guests that do not qualify for this promotion must call TNTResorts Customer Service department immediately. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the package price. In the event that guests travel and the host resort determines they are not qualified or ineligible for the promotion, guests will be responsible for the retail rate of gift(s), room cost(s), and a $200 processing fee. Guests who fail to attend the presentation agree to pay retail cost of the room(s), gift(s), and a $200 processing fee.
