Park Information:

Water Country USA, the mid-Atlantic's largest family water play park, features the world’s latest, greatest, state-of-the-art water rides and attractions, spectacular entertainment, shopping and restaurants -- all set to a colorful 1950's and '60s surf theme.

The park offers a surf shop and gift shop, seven food service areas, locker rental, bathhouse facilities and free use of life vests and inner tubes. Guests also are able to purchase plastic swim diapers for their little swimmers, which are now required throughout the park. On cooler days, pools are heated to an inviting 82 degrees! In addition, American Red Cross-certified volunteers offer swim lessons to area residents each summer. More than 1,500 lounge chairs are available throughout Water Country USA for sun-worshipers and those needing a break from all the excitement.

Ride the Rides
- Aquazoid, Water Country USA's largest family water ride combines spectacular special effects with a white water raft adventure. Giant four-person rafts zip through dark tunnels battling Water Country USA's Super Duck and the overgrown reptile, Aquazoid. Beams of light and the eerie howl of Aquazoid attack the senses as riders travel through waterfalls and darkened tunnels toward a final splashdown.
- Atomic Breakers is a single passenger river raft ride attraction offers both speed and
relaxation in which passengers descend alternating slides and lagoons.
- Big Daddy Falls - Catch the wave on the biggest "daddy" of them all -- Big Daddy Falls, our super-soakin' attraction. This colossal river-rafting adventure sends you racing through a 670-foot series of twists and turns shooting through flumes and tunnels.
- Hubba Hubba Highway An interactive river adventure, guests can "cruise" down this free-floating river ride through drenching coconuts and cool geysers.
Features of the winding jet stream include several action elements and a 2,000 square foot lagoon entrance. Measuring 1,500 feet in length and covering 3.5 acres, Hubba Hubba Highway will be the largest attraction at Water Country USA.
- Jet Stream Hold on to your inner tubes! Four twisting, turning flumes will send you
speeding down 415 feet at 25 miles an hour to a splash of a finish.
- Lemon Drop Rocket down the Lemon Drop -- these slippery double flumes give you a quick and exciting express lane to cooling off in inviting blue waters.
- Malibu Pipeline Soak up the atmosphere of the legendary Bonzai and Oahu surfing pipelines on
this unique two-person tube ride, featuring enclosed double water flumes and a
speedy descent through breathless twists, turns, and drops before the final
plunge into a waterfall and the splash pool.
- Meltdown A splish-splashin' water adventure awaits guys and gals at the mid-Atlantic's
largest water play park. Guests are invited to gear up, three at a time, for a
high-speed toboggan race full of turns and banks. Icy waters transform into a
wave of excitement as sliders accelerate through frozen landscape in high gear,
causing a mountainous meltdown into a surfer's splash pool below.
- Nitro Racer Family and friends can challenge each other to a little "cool" water competition. Six contestants race down this super- speed slide in hopes of reaching the finish line first.
- Peppermint Twist This tangle of tubes carries passengers down and around a 180-degree curve
before sending them into a splashing finish.
- Rampage Study the effect of momentum the watery way as you and your "surfboggan" travel 75 feet straight down a slippery ramp that sends you skimming across 120 feet of crystal-clear water. Riders must be 42" or taller.
- Wild Thang Two-by-two, thrill seekers encounter a fast paced excursion through cool mists
and refreshing waterfalls within a tropical setting.

Guests may wear swimsuits or shorts, and T-shirts on rides. (No thong bathing suits are allowed and T-shirts may not be worn on body Flumes.) Aqua Socks are permitted on rides and in pool areas.

Watch the Shows
The "United We Soar" dive show at Water Country USA is a 20-Minute spectacular featuring divers, acrobats and trampoline artists. It's sure to entertain guests of all ages with the skills and thrills of the talented team from the Republic of Belarus
Other Attractions
Adventure Isle Test your skill and agility on a zany water obstacle course. It features agility ladders and inner tube walks -- can you stay dry?
This interactive area for guests of all ages also is home to the Peppermint Twist and Lemon Drop water slides. Surrounding the adventure area is a refreshing lazy river inviting guests to take a leisurely ride.
- Cow-A-Bunga A fully decked, 4,500-square-foot heated pool is the centerpiece of this children's water
play land, which features unique and interactive water activities for children. Water slides, whimsical waterfalls, gushing fountains and wild water cannons make Cow-A-Bunga a fantasyland for kids. Cow-A-Bunga's mascot, a comical cow on skis, and a sensational bubble area add to the excitement in this thrilling summertime play-zone. Must be under 54" tall.
- H2O UFO It's an invader from outer space -- in the form of a wonderful
water land playscape. Meet H20 UFO, the park's largest kids' area. It's weird, it's wacky, and it's out of this world. That's where you jump in -- feet first -- to your adventure at Water Country USA. Must be under 56" tall.
- Kritter Korral Splash around in this children's play area featuring a variety of scaled-down water slides for young children, including play equipment, slides and fountains. The fun-filled
play land also includes Guppy Games, a skill games area, Polliwog Pond and a dry play area. Must be 50" tall.
- Rambling River Sit back and relax as your inner tube floats lazily through ever-changing
scenery on a lovely, peaceful ride. Perfect for guests of all ages.
- Surfer's Bay Take it easy in and around Virginia's largest wave pool as four-foot waves rise
and fall to the rhythm of the ocean tides.

Picnic Areas

Picnic Areas are located in each parking lot. Picnics and coolers may not be taken in the park. (Exception: Baby food and Medicine are permitted, but not in glass containers.)
Pet Care

Pet care is provided in the England Parking Lot at Busch Gardens. Pets are not allowed in the park. $4.00 per pet/per day; $2.00 per pet/per day for season
pass holders.
Smoking Policy

Busch Gardens and Water Country USA are
committed to a safe and friendly environment; therefore we have provided designated smoking stations throughout the park. All Indoor areas will remain smoke free environments. Outdoor smoking stations are designated in guest areas by smoking urns, benches and "designated Smoking Area" signs. These signs are clearly denoted on the park maps.

Parking is provided in 40 spaces located directly in front of the main entrance for guests with a legal parking permit. All spaces for guests with disabilities are van accessible. Parking attendants can make alternative-parking arrangements in the event that all marked spaces are occupied.
