Lowest Price Guarantee! Program: Here’s how the Program works: First you must be able to demonstrate that you have purchased a prepaid Vacation Package, accessible via our Site, then if you find a lower priced Comparison Package on another website within 30days following the purchase on our Site, you could get a free 2 nights vacation to Williamsburg. The advertisement claim is only subjected to a one time deal per family or per vacationing personnel.

Comparison Package Described: Any “Comparison Package” found on another website must (i) reflect a lower total price, inclusive of all fees and taxes, based upon published rates (in US Dollars); (ii) be viewable and available to individual members of the general public for booking on another website within 30 days of a Package purchase; and (iii) reveal an itinerary that is identical to our Package; that is, all travel components comprising our Package and the Comparison Package must match exactly, including, but not limited to, dates and times, hotel and room type, number of nights, attraction tickets if permissible, and number and type of travelers. Trip protection coverage may not be included in any package comparisons.

Completing a Claim Form: To receive a free vacation, you must contact our Customer Care Center at 1-866-840-7334 within 30 days following purchase of our Package, and request that a claim be processed. When you contact one of our Customer Care Agents, be prepared to provide to the Customer Care Agent specific information about your Package purchase, including, but not limited to, your name, address, credit card information, Package confirmation number, and details about the Comparison Package. Additional documentation about the Comparison Package offer (screen print, booking details, etc.) may be required if our Customer Care Agent cannot duplicate your results. It is also recommended that you keep a written form of the claim and a confirmation from our Customer Care Agents for your own records.

Honoring a Claim: If our Customer Care Agent asks you to provide additional information to facilitate processing of your claim, such information must be received by the Customer Care Agent within three (3) days following the date you initially contacted a Customer Care Agent. We must be able to verify, to out satisfaction, that a claim satisfies all conditions of our Lowest Price Guarantee! Program and these Terms and Conditions, and that it has been properly submitted. Once we determine that a claim qualifies under the Program, you will receive a free vacation to Williamsburg. Our agents will sent a copy of the free vacation form within 10 business days after we verify your eligibility.

The standard Lowest Price Guarantee! claim processing time, for a legitimate claim, is forty-eight (48) business hours. However, if our Customer Care Agent is unable to verify the validity of a claim or experiences any other difficulty in processing a claim, the standard processing time may not apply. Once we determine that your claim qualifies for the free vacation, you will receive confirmation via e-mail, or mail, which will also provide details regarding the free vacation.

Disallowing a Claim/a Dispute: We will not permit a free vacation for any of our six sponsored destination if any Package purchase has not been paid in full. No claim that is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or is otherwise determined to be fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive, will be honored, but will be disqualified and denied automatically without any further communication with a customer. If travel commences before a Package purchase confirmation number has been received from us, the original Lowest Price Guarantee! rate will remain in effect and no further claim processing will occur. In the event of a dispute regarding the Lowest Price Guarantee! Program, our decision(s) shall be final and binding on all parties.

Claim Exclusions:
The following claim exclusions apply to our Lowest Price Guarantee! Program:

No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of a Lowest Price Guarantee! Package shall be permitted, except as may be expressly set forth herein. Currency conversions do not apply.

The terms of our Lowest Price Guarantee! Program do not apply to the following rates or offers which may be found on another website:

• Membership or corporate rates or special discount rates, including, but not limited to, charter packages, consolidator rates, and group rates, AAA, AARP, employee, military, government or convention rates are applicable.
• Special rates that are available only to members of membership clubs or programs, credential rates, negotiated rates, corporate rates, convention/group rates, wholesale rates, affinity association/ government rates, travel industry rate programs, rates that require award/coupon/certificate redemption, rates that are part of a travel package, deal, or bundle that includes more than flights, hotel and rental car components, such as parking, meals, entertainment, etc.
• Any TNTResorts.com sponsored websites
• Any rate offered without disclosing specific flights, hotel, dates, times, etc., comprising the itinerary, until the consumer completes the booking process.
• Rates loaded in error by any supplier or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to the Program.

The terms of our Lowest Price Guarantee! Program do not apply to the following rates or offers which may be found on our Site:

• Rates or offers that do not display the Lowest Price Guarantee! logo or seal;
• Any Last Minute Trip rates or offers;
• Any other special or promotional offers or discounts; or
• Rates for certain Packages during holidays and special events, such as New Year's, the Super Bowl, Mardi Gras, JazzFest, etc.

Lowest Price Guarantee! Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, alter, suspend, or terminate our Lowest Price Guarantee! Program at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual or entity found to be tampering with our Lowest Price Guarantee! process or operation of the Program, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Use (which are incorporated herein by reference), or in a fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive manner).

The Lowest Price Guarantee! Program may change or be revised at any time without prior notice. A credit issued with respect to any permitted cancellation of a Package, if any, shall be issued based upon the amount paid for the Package, less any adjustments or credits that may have been issued in connection with the Lowest Price Guarantee! Program.
